Petco, one of our top IPO prospects in 2021, priced its shares at $14 to $17. Petco Health and Wellness Company, Inc expects to raise as much as $816 million in its initial public offering at a valuation of nearly $4 billion. It plans to sell 48 million shares and list on Nasdaq with the ticker “WOOF.”

Chewy, the online business of Petsmart, went public on June 14, 2019, at $22 per share.  As of this writing, Chewy has a $40.47 billion market capitalization or market cap.
